starting to get back to my normal self again

Hello ladies & Gentlemen ! So as you probably seen my post before from ssuffering to where I couldn't take it any more to losing faith on getting better. To gaining faith fighting back and trying hard. I've been trying to get better on my own its not easy strength is what you need hope faith and believe in yourself. I am not totally cured but I am here to give others hope and tell you that you can get better little by little at times you will cry and want to give up but don't just keep going. I am 13 weeks pregnant and doing this with out meds or any mental medical help just the help of My loved ones supporting me cheering me on and GOD! I went from coming on this site and reading when everan attack approached to reading self coaching books to pregnancy yoga what ever works for you and makes you feel better do so but keep constant mines is. A prayer to God reading positive things while doing breathing exercises . My vision gets blur every now and then I lose all chain of thought I feel pressure but key thing I do I won't fear because if you do the attack will come on strong so avoid freaking out . Go where you are comfortable count read breath or what ever and relax you'll feel a whole lot better trust. I am 25 years old I started catching anxiety panic attacks back in july2011 it stopped for 3months and came back but that was when I didn't know much about my disorder better yet known as habbit. But now that I've done research and found ways and tecniques to over come this I have been panic free for almost two whole months and I am recuperating my senses no more numbness blur vision from musle tension I can see things and not feel like I am in a dream . I will totally heal and when I do I will continue to help you all in gaining hope and overcomming the anxiety panic attacks. Remember if it last longer then a year or more its because you have to learn to fight it I know your strong . God bless you all

Also be writting or just talking to friends avoid coffee no good or caffinated drinks. And if your the type to do yoga do so. But start off with that keep constant and write me anytime you need any support. Good luck and god bless

Hey thanks for reading my post but please don't lose hope in fact you should hold on to hope and faith I know you can do this hun I am sure your a strong indivisual because if you still go through these attacks and tend to manage them with out commiting suicide you are strong there are many people who suffer what we do and can't take it and commit suicide just not to deal with it any longer I myself was almost there . I want you to call a closet friend or spouse and ask them to please help you or I can support you and cheer you on you need some one to give you hope daily tell you its going to be ok you will over come this , its just a phase you will be normal again or what ever you would like to hear that would comfort you in those moments of fear and give you faith in getting better. Now I'm going to tell you its not an overnight task its a process so I know you will want to get frustrated bothered and sad. But you have to keep telling your self to be strong and say aniexty is just a feeling it cannot hurt me nor put me in any harm repeat it every time until you start to believe it . You control your mind think of the anxiety as an optical or mental illusion and that its only happening for the moment and that it will pass. Next I want you to practice breathing exercises inhale counting to three in your mind then exhale doing the same but have you eyes closed and focus on your breathing and counting . Next in the moment and time of your attack do something you like sing out loud to music or blast music or read ,read anything, read enspiring qoutes or anything that would make you feel like there's hope and don't stop until you feel that your full focus is on what you do it can

wow sounds like me without being pregnant....congrats by the way.... but yes please give me tips on how you overcame this i read your post but am interested in more im losing hope :(
