Do you mean can you get JUST the symptoms of anxiety but NOT feel anxious or panicy? Wow. That's a new one for me and I have to say that I honestly don't know. I just don't really see how that would be possible. Personally, if MY heart were to begin pounding and I felt dizzy or lightheaded, if my hands got sweaty and my lips went numb, if I felt like I was looking at myself from 10 feet away and had an overwhelming feeling that I was about to have a heart attack..............I think if I had all those symptoms and yet felt no fear, well, I'm not sure what the hell I'd think, but I'm pretty sure I'd get myself to the ER just to, ya know, get an answer.
Or offer myself up for scientific study.
Who knows, you may hold the secret to keeping millions of us from having to deal with the panic!
Since I don't have a definite answer for you, I would certainly discuss it the next time you see your doctor.

thank you ,what i mean is can you get the symptoms of anixety without the panic or worry ,because most of the time that is what happens with me i get the symptoms without it ,
First of all, there are no tests for anxiety. That diagnosis is usually arrived at after every other test has come back negative and the only thing left on the table IS anxiety.
You say that you've been suffering with anxiety symptoms for months, but then go on to say that the anxiety isn't always obvious to you and you often get the symptoms without it.............
I'm sorry if I'm being dense here, but could you clarify that for us. Could you describe what your anxiety symptoms are, and especially what you mean by "the anxiety is not always obvious to me and often get the symptoms without it."
Has a doctor actually diagnosed you with anxiety and have they given you anything for it or recommended therapy? You say you are "struggling to convince myself that its anxiety.........." But what you think, or believe or fear is that what you really have is a brain tumor or cancer. This is very classic anxiety thinking. Probably don't have to tell you but that's known as hypochondria. If you're unfamiliar with it, go ahead and Google that but do NOT Google a bunch of symptoms for brain tumors!
I known you've been to the doctor and had some tests done, but I think it would be a good idea to see him again and discuss not only your symptoms but your fears and talk about some therapy.
You need to break the cycle of anxiety and fear which can turn us into hamsters on wheels if we allow it.
I wish you the best

Before this gets really out of hand,
