Thanks for your replies, but I also forgot to tell that I already have this H.pylori (positively tested) in my system, I am thinking that it could be the problem of this chronic dizziness. I went to a number of GIs and they keep on telling me that this is only a usual reaction of the body. My doctor told me I may already have stomach ulcers which I think is highly probable because of pains and symptoms I am encountering, I have not yet undergone endoscopy. I stopped taking the proton pump inhibitors which I think are making me more ill, btw I already taken this meds for a year now and they seem do not work for me. I also took triple therapy for H. pylori but unfortunately I was not able to determine if that killed the bacteria because I was assigned for an overseas work and had no chance for a re-test.
I keep on researching for answers, I sometimes inclined to think these are just result of anxiety because I worry too much of what could this be and what will happen to my family if I will be gone. I appreciate your responses and do hope to get some answers..
I have this same problems also and feel it everyday along with headaches and neck stiffness and a vice-grip feeling around my head....I am just told its anxiety cause I have had all the test done.....but you need to go to the dr to make sure and let them to some testing on you to make sure....It is very frustrating I know....Ive dealt with it a long time and cannot figure out why someone cant find an answer to my problem....I hope you get to feeling better soon but make you an appt with the dr.ASAP and keep us informed on your condition...
God Bless

I also have GERD but have never experienced any sort of dizziness or pressure in my head from it.
When you wrote that you get this dizziness and pressure every time you stand, my first thought was you may have orthostatic hypotension.............a condition most of us have experienced at one time or another. When we stand up suddenly after lying or sitting, we get a dizzy/woozy feeling for a few seconds. But when you say you feel the pressure most of the day and it's making work difficult, then it's time to see your doctor again and dig deeper. Is your blood pressure "normal?" Are you on any meds for BP? Have you been seen by an EENT for the pressure and dizziness? It's possible it could be a sinus problem, an inner ear issue or your eyes. The EENT can rule all of these out.
I can tell you a few things it MIGHT be, your doctor can tell you what it IS.
Peace
