As for natural remedies, there are two ways to use them -- as temporary palliatives or as systemic attempts to correct any imbalance in your system that might be causing you to experience excess anxiety. Take a look at a book by Hyla Cass, a psychiatrist at UCLA, called Natural Highs for an overview of the subject.
Have you read any books on the subject or located any support groups in your area? Therapy might be useful if you are unable to overcome it on your own, because that is one on one.
