Throbbing Head

My doctor has taken me off Lexapro now and since I have been off of it, it seems when my heart start to pound my head starts throbbing. It is hard to explain but could that be an affect of coming off of lexapro and could it be a symptom of anexity?

Yeah I kind of quit cold turkey. He told me to take half of the pill rather than all of it but I ran out 3 days after he told me that.

Did you wean off of it slowly or did you stop suddenly? You need to wean yourself slowly off of this medicine. Stopping suddenly can cause a lot of problems including headaches. Call your dr and tell him what is happening. You will feel bad and have various physical problems until all the meds are out of your system. Please do not quit cold turkey!
