What?
I never knew tingling was a symptom....even when you're not worried?
I used to get this weird feeling on the top of my head, tingly..but mostly like someone was pulling a few strands of my hair....
don't know if it's the same thing
oh my i have been on this site for 5 years and always asking does anyone have the head tingling and most say no this is the first. i have had head/heat/itch/tingling for 5 months now , its my ears and around my head and top of head that does it , this is how i know my anxiety is still with me even if i dont feel stressed i still feel it. it does go away some now but for months it was a everyday all day long thing. it has to be anxiety, i had anxiety 3 years ago and it came went away than this year due to my moms health it came back. so i know how ya feel , mri was good its just anxiety. my dr says he heres it a lot i just didnt know anyone with it. my mom and sister both have anxiety but do not have the head/ears tingling, guess am the lucky one with theirs they passout so reather have the head tingling than passing out any day. good luck all have a tingling free day.
My head sometimes will feel like it has chills in it. Like when your cold, and your body shivers, but just in your head, weird. I get this around mid-cycle, and sometimes before a migraine strikes. My Mother still complains about this, and she has been through menopause for 10 years now. My step fathers Mother complained of this for many, many years also. As far as the tingling, not during an attack, I dunno. I have had all kinds of weird burning, pin pricks sensations for 8 years, had 2 brain MRIs, c-spine, lumbar, and just yesterday got the results of my thoracic MRI, everything was normal on all these except for a bulging disk at C-3. Hope everyone has a tingle-free day.

Your not alone... I have tingling in nearly every part of my body at some point... If it's my upper lip (you can visibly see it) eyes twitching again can be seen. arms legs, hair standing on end, mouth burning, thick tongue sensation, choking sensations.. you name it!! .. the thing is... once I acknowledge that it is anxiety and quit dwelling on it itgoes away.. it may move to another part of my body and I have to verbally evict it -- so on and so forth... I have been doing breathing exercises and yoga, therapy, vitamin B .. it's slowly working... I feel waaay better.
I've had terrible tingling in my legs and feet, pins and needles, feeling my pulse in my feet for more than nine years now. It just "started" one day and the only time it goes away is if I'm out and relaxed and forget about it. It's almost constant at home, though Neurontin helps a bit because it slows down the nerve impulses, I think. It's worse when I'm very stressed, but I can have it even if I don't feel stressed. No physical cause can be found.
Good luck to everyone. The tingling is awful. I know.
Sorry, I haven't responded sooner - I haven't been on this forum in awhile.
My bulging disk are at C5,6,7
I know what you mean with the "chills" in the head - almost like your hair is standing on end? I've actually noticed a reduction in the buzzing lately, although today my right foot felt kind of numb and I still notice the aching in my legs -- not as much in my head, thank goodness.
I know this has to be related to the neck injury, but I keep reading that injuries/stress/trauma can often unleash other issues
