effect of psychiatric medicines

I had been taking paliperidome3mg,aripiprazole5mg,lamotrigine100mg&trihexiphenidyl hydrochloride for 2 months.After that i was having severe fatigue lethargy,headache ,palpitation,chestpain due to indigestion for the past one month.so for the past one month i have stopped my medicines.but problems are persisting.is there asolution to it?how long will this problem will be there?is it permanent/temporary.

Nobody can answer this, as side effects and withdrawal effects of meds differ considerably from person to person.  This is particularly difficult in India, as it appears the docs there really load on the drugs, but maybe that's just my perception from the posts on here from people from India.  You also didn't say if you stopped them abruptly, or tapered off them carefully -- that can make a difference.

These side effects should go away over time and they should have within a month at least lessened so it might be worthwhile to speak to a doctor about it. One thing you should be aware of is that the symptoms they were treating will also return so it might be worthwhile to speak to your psychiatrist about other available options unless they expressly authorized you to discontinue the medications and are monitoring this situation.
