When I say it is smart to get the test, I mean it is a good idea. I understand you have fear, but a negative test will likely end that fear.
You are scared to see the doctor. You seem to be more scared that you have it and are worked up over possible minor body issues that are likely nothing, so I I don't see why you are putting it off.
Everyone with a fear of hiv has these minor health issues like nausea - it is your fear that is giving you indigestion. If the test results are negative it will end all fears.
The fact the sex worker put condoms on you makes it likely that she always does this, so doesn't have any hiv - if she was always protected before, then she wasn't exposed to hiv so your chances of a negative test are 100%. You are living with anxiety as if the chances were 0% so it is smart to get the test.
two weeks compared to living like this forever? I would wait the 2 weeks rather than living like this forever. Why would you have to wait 2 weeks for results? seems rather long. If you had sex with her without a condom then you had a risk. Your symptoms can be linked to anxiety too. I advise you to take the test. if negative you can put this all behind you. I was a little confused though. You did have sex without a condom?
