Switching from Fluoxetine to Celexa

I gave Fluoxeting 60 mg eight weeks and I still don't feel 100% like myself so my doctor thinks I should try Celexa, 20 mg a day. I read there is supposed to be less side effects with Celexa, has anyone found that to be true? I always get nervous starting a new medication so I'm just trying to relax and think positive. If anyone has any suggestions to get through the first couple of weeks I would really appreciate it.

I recently started Celexa and had to go to a higher dose.  I did not get any side-effects any worse than the anxiey I was already feeling.  I was a little sleepy in the afternoon.  I was glad it did not give me the jitters like some other SSRI's have.  Everyone reacts differently, but it was the easiest to get on for me.(also the most effective)
