i start to take xanax when my anxiety acts up.i usually take it for a couple weeks and when i feel like i can function normally again i ween myself off
The best way to get long term relief from this in my opinion, is by talking to a therapist. In my experience, you are going to have to get to the root of the problem; your anxiety. Once you confront it and learn about it, you will have the knowledge to handle this. I know it can be scary and frightnening at first, but you WILL get better with effort and a willness to learn. Keep us posted!
as well I am worried that I have a brain tumor or something that cannot be cured I really dont know what to do I have been in and out of the doctors office almost once every month. I really cant keep affording all these pills along with the co payment, I just need help in determining what this is and maybe some suggestions of how to get rid of it. Thank you. Tom
see i dont mind the whole anexity part of it all but the brain fog is what is really getting to me I cant wait for the day for that to go away because it really ***** and I am not even going to lie about it.
Your asking a question that is impossible to answer, hopefully when you stop your meds all will be well, but there is no way to know that, I would suggest a little bit of cognative therapy as well as learning some relaxation techniques, learn what your triggers are for anxiety and how to deal with them.Seek help. look for references from friends that is often a good way to find a good therapist.
