feeling weird

does anyone else have a weird feelings in their head, like tingling, burning feeling, pressure and sometimes sharp pains in their head, i was told it was anxiety and stress, BUT I FEEL ITS SOMETHING MORE, it mainly happens at night, around evening time and can last for hours.  am i the only one ? no youre not the only one. anxiety can do SOOOO much to our bodies. I get a slight electrical tingling on my scalp, face, and sometimes my entire body at times. It comes and goes, but once i feel it, it makes me VERY anxious which makes my stomach nervous which makes my heart race... etc. etc. etc. you see the pattern it throws you into?

I've had the pressure too, and the sharp shooting pains that come and go. and your Dr. is right, it's anxiety.

anxiety can do so much crazy crap. but remember, you are fine. it cant hurt you. they are only sensations, and they will leave. just try to ignore them. its when we react is when it reacts stronger.

i know its easier said that done. =) hang in there. theres light at the end of the tunnel.
