yes in my ears in my head ,it is frightening.you need to try to stay calm,try doing something to take your mind off it,i used to do crosswords,but now i come on here to talk to people who understands me,why are you so stressed and anxious at the moment,keep me posted,always here to talk.

I always feel mine in my right ear..and all over my body...even my toes, for real! I really dislike those feelings. I usually just change my position and try to ignore it like the previous post said. Best to you!
