my son is just turned sixteen was fooling with drugs and alcohaol and quit he is a good boy he has been hearing people say things that there not saying including me, what is going on he can hardly leave the house.

well, hello i can relate.I myself went through an ordeal with drugs prescription drugs but they are all the same! I had extreme anziety and i thought eery one was watching me talking about me .I was home bound cut off all comunication from friends and loved ones . I had to seek professional help and it has helped alot! my heart goes out to you and ur son, i can relate to his symptons and urs also after the ordeal is over and he is better its an eye opener, i soon seen all my loved ones who suffered in the addiction along with me.my advice is to seek professional help if he is willing to take that step

Are you sure he has fully quit using?     Teens hardly ever give their parents the truth.   But ok let's say he's finished using then don't worry about what other people are saying.     He can set an example for others his age by saying that drugs will ruin your life if you don't stop using them.
