try to stay as calm as poss,get a paper bag place it over your nose and mouth and breath in and out til you feel you can breath a bit easier again
you some Congntive behavoiral therapy....LIke when you notice that, first panic thought coming in ur head...."Stop outloud if u can, I'm healthy and strong" that type of thing...also take a deep breath and hold it, imagine breathing in peace and calm and blowing out panic and fear hold your breath for atleast five seconds if not longer. keep positive thinking and breathing and it will pass. Try feedback therapy at the same time, like laugh out loud if you can, or just laugh to yourself this is the oppisite side of the brain, it sometimes short circuits the whole think...try all these together, but really focus on stoping the thoughts when they start. IT would also help to know what your panicing about? health issues, mental ones, just fear of sudden death etc....I personally am a Jesus follower, so I have some very faith based convictions to stick to like. " Jesus is always with me and he decideds when and where and how I will die, I don't" " only God knows my number of days I don't" so worrying is a waste of time...thinking like this...hope this helps...and q's or if you can describe exactly what pattern your panic likes to take...ie: first I feel like I'm going to pass out, then I get sob, then my heart races, then I feel like I can't see, or I'm out of my body a little, a feeling of unreality,,,then I get a head rush or my stomach drops, and then try and analyze what were you thinking about during those moments....
