Ok thanks alott...but yea it really bugs me there's days were im juss feeling good and when it comes up for me to do something or have to be by myself then that's were everything starts
In my opinion, when we start to confront anxiety, it can be a long, slow and hard road, but I always tend to focus on the long term. You said that you have been to a therapist, which is a great start. Try to apply what he taught you, but as you continue with your sessions you should start to see some improvement in my opinion. When I first started going through this with my therapist, it took a little while for me even to accept the anxiety, but you seem to realize that is exactly what it is, which is one of the hardest hurdles to get over in my opinion. Don't be too hard on yourself and remember that you will get through it even if you have bad days...keep us posted!
