I would suggest lowering the amount of caffeine, but I wouldnt eliminate it.
alot of people forget that when we get used stimulants such as caffeine and then just stop them, that can also create a panic attack, or anxiety.
I talked to my doc, and was her suggestion.
I used to dring full blown coffee, all day up until 30 min's before I went to bed...slept like a champ.
Then without asking, I started to drink decaf, and my anxiety was worse, even my health anxiety was worse, I was getting dizzy and what not.
Then I found a happy medium, and it doesnt seem to really effect me in a bad way.
I eat spicy food too, I havent noticed a big difference with that and anxiety, but Ive heard it can effect it
because bein indian we are proned to eating spicy food and drinking lots of indian tea
