I can't comment on the quality of these products -- I believe they are direct marketed products, which I generally avoid due to many reasons related to quality of ingredients and method of marketing. But the ingredients, if that's what is actually in them, might help. They do work differently, however, and taking both is better than taking one or the other. Panicyl is just ashwagandha, which you can get a lot cheaper from more reliable companies on the shelf on you local health food store. It's an adaptogen, which in some people helps to lower cortisol production as it balances the adrenals. The other product is a combination of relaxants. So again, assuming these products have in them what they say they do, and that's a big assumption for direct marketed products, they might in fact help. But as with medication natural medicine is very individual, and what works for one might not for another.
