Your tests coming back normal is great news! That being said, I'd really encourage you to seek out a therapist, counselor, psychologist. Therapy is huge for anxiety - it helps us identify our triggers, and teaches coping techniques to help manage through it.
Medical anxiety is very common. the thing to keep in mind is that anxiety can manifest itself in physical symptoms. When mine is high, I can experience headache, chest pain, heart palpitations, dizziness, muscle tension, nausea, GI upset, hot/cold flashes....you see what I mean? The anxiety can make us vulnerable to focusing on the physical symptoms and think something bad is happening.
When the symptoms get bad, distraction is a big help. Get up and moving - turn on some music and sing or dance. Do jumping jacks, go for a walk or jog. Call someone you trust and talk it out. Journal your feelings/thoughts. Make sure you're drinking a lot of water, and avoid caffeine/sugar. Stimulants can make anxiety symptoms worse.
Most important, know you're not alone. Hang in there! Sending you good wishes~~

I'm not a medical professional, so I can't diagnose or anything. But the first thing I would ask is have you seen a doctor? There are many things that could be causing these symptoms. I would recommend seeing your doctor, explaining your symptoms, and getting a full work up done.
hang in there!
