My thought is that it might be the other way around. The silent migraine made you feel odd, the vision problems cropped up with it slowly and subtly, and the whole thing made you feel anxious. Migraine and anxiety could well go hand in hand, but maybe the anxiety doesn't cause the vision problem, the root of the vision problem could also be the root of the anxiety. Just a thought.

Migraines can manifest without pain and affect the vision. Migraine aura is a term used to describe many of the other symptoms that go along with migraine, but it's usually referring to visual symptoms. This might include seeing zig zags or flashing lights, or having dizziness or vertigo.
Me too i have very bad vision too.I wear glasses i use to wear contacts all te time but for some reason contacts bother me now.Vision problem has ALWAYS been my worst anxiety also always thinking i'm gonna go blind this time.I can't even drive at night especially i can't see right and i panic even more at night. Thanks i hope so too that my ultrasound goes well.Take care
I have tons of visual problems when my anxiety is bad. Everything looks dark, and I have the flashing vision really bad, like a small strobe light is on all the time. Everything is also blurry and sometimes it looks like things are moving in weird ways....I hate it because I have bad vision anyway so it totally makes me scared I'm going blind.
Good luck on your ultrasound, I hope everything turns out well!
