Yes thats normal, i would get dizzy to when lifting weights. I think its because your focusing on your breathjng and might make you panic, at least thats what happened with me. You should go take a walk outside to get your body adjusted to excercise, dont over do it at first.
Yes, vicki, that's normal, especially "jumping" to something pretty strenous such as bouncing on a trampoline. You'd be better off starting with a nice leisurely walk.
