Anxiety issues
Hi I am 22 year old student.The problem with me is that I get over excited very easily ie when I get an interview call or good marks.I get so excited that I forget about the consequences.Sometimes I dont even know what I am talking about because of the excitement.I get so excited that I cannot keep myself quiet and I start telling it to everyone even before the good thing has happened. then I have this serious issue of nervousness which makes me sweaty and I happen to talk very fast.Please help...this over excitement is killing me..as .I tend to screw up my exams,interviews and even Dates.
Your lucky you only get that with anxiety as I get constant shortness of breath everyday 24/7 just try to relax and take it easy my mom is just like that. And get too excited
India is nice but nothing compared to america......i mean i hav never been to america but i have seen like 500 hollywood movies and i can tell u one thing .......whosoever goes to america from india never comes bak......so. U r from wich city and state???
Im from Mexico but live in Norwalk California its right next to los angeles. Ive been to hollywood and it is nice lots of stuff to see. Over here theirs a soap opera about India and it has high rating and India looks great,

In rural areas yes and i tell u thats one of the things that hampers this country's progress.......newayso u hav been to hollywood......u kno wat i hav read so much abt los angeles ......that m crazy about that place.......is it true that movie stars jus walk around the streets like common people

Well sometimes you do see them but not as often because sometimes they disguise themselves or something like that and look like normal people. One more question is true that in India your parents choose who you marry?
Im sorry I didnt read the other post you wrote I thought you ment only Hollywood. In the other places you mentioned like santa monica...... san francisco.........etc you rarely see them but sometimes you do and sometimes they might be around but one those not see them.
Not anymore.....i mean my mom and dad they had an arrange marraige but things have changed....but. there is a restrication of age.....i mean my parents have told me dat if u r not able to find a girl by the time ur 28 then ul have to marry the girl of our choice

Its ok....u can ask me as many questions as u want.......dats not a problem in my family.....but it is a problem in most of the families in india......not only the girl has to be from the same country but same caste as well. .......actualy m more interested in knowing more abt u and were u live.....u see me and my bro have a dream of going to california....so u still in highschool.....???
Over here you can get married when ever you want. My aunt is 40 and still not married.

Still not on facebook I havent had time with this panic anxiety disorder always on the hospital... doctors....psychitrists....school..... mom sick there just hasnt been time in my life for me.
I know everyone by now has a facebook and who ever doesnt looks retarded I havent had time I also have to take care of my 3 year old brother because my my mom is always working or sick and my dad left us so you see what I mean never time for me.
Right now Im talking right here because my brother is asleep but once he wakes up I have to take care of him. Ive only had one girlfriend since this stupid anxiety panic disorder stuff and plus that I have agoraphobia Ive almost lost all my friends and stuck here babysitting instead of enjoying life I hate my life!
Ohk....its good dat ur learning to b a responsible kid ....dat will really pay off later....and trust me facebook is place for wannabes.......if u have actual freinds den u dont need facebook to stay in touch.......u have more important things in life den wasting ur time on facebook.....i agre dat i have a facebook account but i cant help it .....people who r supposed to b my frnds r addicted to facebook.....so in order to stay in touch...i have to use facebook......so in noway ur retarted.....
Lost all ur friends??....screw dem....friends in need r freiends indeed....and wat do u mean u had a girlfriend.....did she break up wid u because of ur problems???
