So I been trying to control my panic attack on my own for almost a month now tho I get shakey in my sleep or rapid heart beat I tend to ignore it yea I still feel weird but I ignore that as well and just laugh and have fun I don't think about it because it just might scare me but I been controling it on my own with out meds or medical help . But medhelp is a helpful site and I read up on some ones post about selfcoaching

Same book and cd's that I'm doing!!
I think it's great stuff. Started to feel like I was gaining control on the first day.

Didn't realize that all those "daydreams" and talking to myself in the mirror and such were the main cause of my anxiety. lol

I am glad that you are finding ways to help with your anxiety.  You might want to consider doing some yoga and chakra session in addition to the things you are already doing.

Also keeping a journal might be helpful for you too.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Hugs.....
