depends on if you have issues deep inside, that you can't talk to anyone else about. if thats the case then yes it would probley help. goodluck

I think it depends on your mind frame going into it, you have to really want to be helped, and you have to really connect with your therapist. I would suggest trying it, and trying it with a therapist that you are completely comfortable talking to. If you don't connect and you aren't comfortable sharing your feelings, than it won't work. And if you go into it assuming it won't work, than it won't work. My first therapist was a bust, I have since found one that is wonderful, I can talk to her about anything.

Medication along with talk therapy works. Even though medication is needed there are still coping issues worth talking about. However, if you are interested in specifically targeting behaviors that set off anxiety attacks then you might be more interested in cognitive behavioral therapy. Sometimes both can be of value. It depends on the individual person.
went today. doc seemed cool. said we can work on anxiety issues. that he postive i can be helped. so ill give it a try.
