shortness of breath??

I have been having problems with my breathing lately. Sometimes I have a really hard time breathing. Like it is hard to catch my breath. I have to take deep breaths to feel better. It normally doesn't last very long, but when it comes it is very hard to get things done. Any ideas on what I have or what I can do about my problem?

I also get these symptoms, the only thing what i can see it might be, is although i dont have hayfever, either a higher pollen count could have some minor effects on the chest, or dust, and my sister has recently moved bck in from university, along with all of her possessions, and it seems to be in the room her **** is in that i can start getting a bit wheezy..

I too am having symptoms like you.  Is there anyone out there who can help?  Sometimes when this happens, I feel like my heart is beating too fast.
