Change of weather can trigger an asthma attack. It caused allegries, sinus problems, headache, wheezing, feeling of tiredness, sinus pressure, etc.
What has help is monthly injections and or over the counter allergy medication (Claritin). Everyone is different, but yes, humidity can and for me a dense fog sent me to the emergency room for over 10 hours.
