Fiberglass exposure with mask
Hi, i had some spare insulation in my garage space that was never laid out but it was disturbed by critters therefore we decided to remove it. Now for removal i wore a full protective suit but due to covid-19 was not able to locate any not masks. Therefore i used two disposable masks and one cloth mask as respirator and goggles. Obviously the masks that are currently available do not have not grade therefore i am worried about this to be dangerous. What to do now and anything i can do to avoid further damage? İ am not sure if i have any symptoms maybe a bit of irrational in throat but not noticable. The irritation could be just psychological. Would appreciate if you could weigh in on this topic.
