does the steroid for inflammation also relieve inflammation in other areas of body?

Hi, it depends on the route you take the medication. If you take the steroids orally or parenterally, it will act on the inflammation present in any part of the body. If the medication is administered through local drops or inhalers, then it will act locally to reduce inflammation. This is because there is no systemic absorption of steroids.
