weird feeling in throat

Hi ,i was wondering if anyone could help me,ive been having this really dusty feeling in my chest and throat for over 4 weeks now,not much coughing or anything,sometimes i get these waves where my throat gets sucked dry,and this thick misty dust comes up and stays in my throat ,feels like its comstricting my throat,and my chest feels heavy and dusty,it only lasts a few minutes then goes,choking sort of feeling.Anyone  know what this is feels scary?I had my chest checked and throat by docotor was given antibiotics and anti histamines.sometimes i feel like ive got pepper in my throat.
