what does this indicate

My alkaline phosphatase has been elevated for a few years.  I just had bloodwork that showed my p- anca and c- anca were normal but my atypical pANCA was elevated.  What could this mean?

Atypical ANCA is seen with ulcerative colitis, primary sclerosing cholangitis and autoimmune hepatitis. ALP may be elevated due to one of these conditions.
