Raynauds with a Positive ANA & HLA B27

I'm a 27yr old female, I weigh 160 and I'm 5'9. I've always been pretty healthy..just the usual childhood illnesses. About 2 months ago I started having symptoms of Raynauds (feet only). It began to get worse and extremely painful. I went to see my pcp who commented he had never seen such a severe case- my feet are purple from mid foot to my toes, and my pulses were difficult to find. He sent me for several blood tests and vascular screening. I met with today- vascular test came back great- no blockage or cardiac concerns. The bloodwork was great- although my ANA was positive at 1-40 homogeneous and my HLA B27 was positive. He is sending me to a rheumatologist, however I can't ben seen until April 1st. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any insight you can offer?
I do have hypothyroid and take synthroid.

Hey, I was simply wondering, do you drink a lot of milk? And did you do so as a child? I was simply wondering, since a relative of mine has had the same experience as you with the same HLA B27 gene variation and severe Raynaud's. The moment she started drinking milk, it helped a lot.

You said you had a pos ANA.  What was your level and pattern?  Do you have any other symptoms?
