Autoimmune disorder?

please interpret the following blood tests. female, 29 years old, with bilirubin 0.42 mg/dl (down from 0.5, 5 months ago), reference value is <= 0.3, Ama-M2 slightly positive and complement C3c is 84.5 mg/Dl with reference value [90-180].
Tests were done because of numbness in body that come and goes which initially started after covid vaccine (phizer) which went away but 3 months ago numbness came back in random places.
MRI to cervical, lumbar and head came back ok.
Nothing else that I can think of came back abnormal.
Anyone else with similarly issues?
