Another positive ANA nucleolar pattern Question

So back in 2011 I had a positive ana report, this is not my first positive, but this time the report came back to say:

Positive 1:40 and Nucleolar staining is suggestive of Autoantibodies to 4-6s .. what exactly does this suggest??

Since 2011 I've been diagnosed with Hypogammaglobinimea; treatment infusions, and Thin Basement Membrane Nephropathy; treatment Wait n See, Blood pressure meds. I also have those red dots that one of our members talked about along with the joint aches massive fatigue and heartburn I've had to take vit d supplements off n on mostly in summer.

Thanks ahead of time for any info pointing me to understand that lab result.

A Positive 1:40 ANA titre is actually  considered...negative.
Most specialists won't use ANA titres below 1: 160 or even 1:320, since they are of poor diagnostic value at those levels.
Try coconut oil, Nigella sativa seeds and/or Nigella sativa oil, which all have
numerous medicinal properties including antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral
and antiparasitic effects.
Best wishes,
Niko
