Go to the top of this page and click on forums.

The left hand side is for medical support communitites.  Go down to the "R's" click on rare diseases and you are there!

You can try the rare disease forum on this site.  It lists Bechet's and I know that there are few with that dx.  I am not sure how active they are.  Hope this helps.
