Kelle, there is a psoriasis that is associated with arthritis that is autoimmune. If you have joint issue that could be a possibility.

ANAs have to do with the presence antinuclear antibodies which may or may not be associated with an autoimmune condition (since healthy people also may have positive ANAs with more at lower positive titres and less at higher)
CRP when high indicates inflammation/infection but it is non-specific.
The high ESR has to do with increased inflammation, caused by infection, arthritic condition or other. Again non-specific.
Psoriasis and Lupus are both valid suspicions.
