It's been 5 months and no one can figure out what's wrong with me. Partially I'm sure because my doctors are dragging their feet.

Curent List of Symptoms:

Excessive Hunger - (eating every 2 hrs)
Random abdominal gas pains
Lower, pelvic pains
Heartburn/Acid Reflux
Fatigue
Changes in bowel- (diarrhea/constipation)
Nasal Congestion

Test Done Thus Far:

Cushing's Suspected based on:
Urinary Free Cortisol- elevated
Salivary Cortisol- elevated
Dexamethasone suppression test- normal
*Further testing to follow
Insulin levels- high
Glucose tolerance test- high end of normal
Amylase- slightly elevated
Lipase- slightly elevated

Your symptoms could be Lyme, but the Labcorp/Quest test miss 90% of actual pos patients causing false negatives.  Contact www.ILADS.org to find a dr near you and compare symptoms.  I went through the EXACT same things as you.  You need an IGENEX lab test for Lymes and co-infections.

What were your symptoms? From looking it up, it doesn't seem like I have very many of the symptoms for Lyme.

Bowell issues, gas, stabbing sensations in stomach, benign cyst in colon, swollen lymph nodes, headaches, eye pain, joint pain, muscle aches, all tests within range, not abnormal, but not median, perephrial neuropathy, sleep disorders, heart palapitations. Some vertigo, sensativity to light, fatigue, sore throat, yeast infection in mouth, altered mental state.  you KNOW something is not right.  Anything sound familiar?

Well I have about half your symptoms. One I didn't think about was light sensitivity. I don't have it in normal indoor lighting but brighter lights and the sun kill me. I have no idea what "peripheral neuropathy" is. Ill have to look that one up! But I'll check the ILADS site for a doc. Thanks for your help.
