Weak positive AnA and low B12 in a young male with family history

Weak positive AnA, my lab doesn’t do titer just measurement, so I was 1.7 with normal cutoff being 1 and weak positive range being 1-3. A little confusing but they said their way of doing it is just as effective as titers. The B12 is usually 175-190 cutoff 180. Negative for pernicious anemia and celiac

Anyway they test for CCP (dad had JRA) and it was in normal range. However that’s all they ran. I really don’t have other major symptoms besides the low normal b12. Doctors say most people with positive ANA don’t have a disorder and never develop one. But with the family history and low B12 I’m worried.

Family history of JRA, RA, sclerdoma, sjorgens, fibromyalgia, Hodgkin’s and more.
