What is going on with me????

I am in need of opinions/advice on what I should do next. I am a 42 y/o female. Dx with Sjogren's on 4/22/16. For that I take plaquenil 200 mg twice daily, and evoxac, 30 mg 3x daily. This is my 4th attempt of plaquenil and this is the longest I have ever been on it (7/18/16 to present).

I have been having dizzy spells off and on for quite some time. So one day, about a month ago.....I decided to check my BP. It was normal but my HR was over 100 (can't remember the exact number but am thinking it was around 112). Went to my PCP, she did an EKG and chest X-ray. X-ray came back fine but EKG came back slightly abnormal. So she referred me to cardiologist. Saw him on 9/13. Had a walking nuclear stress test done on 9/27......wore a 30 day heart monitor and had a echo-cardiogram this morning.

The cardiologist tells me today that I have the heart of an 18 y/o. All of my tests came back perfect!!! My Thyroid was also tested and it was normal too! I wear a Fitbit Charge HR and can see my HR anytime. I can't feel when my HR speeds up. The only way I can tell is I get short of breath. Today my HR got up to 139 just from walking from my driveway, grabbing a few light bags from wal-mart out of my car and walking into my house. I can't walk from one end of my house to the other without my HR climbing into the 130's or higher and me getting out of breath.

I do have other illnesses. I have Bipolar disorder, OCD, Anxiety (social & generalized). I have been dealing with these dx for the last 14 years. I take Topamax (off label for Bioplar) & Zoloft daily and Vistaril & Klonopin PRN. I have been on these meds for about 3 years. The PRN meds I don't take very often.

I am not under a lot of stress. My anxiety comes and goes and I haven't felt like it has been the problem. I just don't know what to do or where to go from here. I am beyond thrilled that my heart is in such good shape but yet I am frustrated. I just can't go on feeling like this for the rest of my life. I am too young to feel like this.

There has been a few other odd things happening these past 30 days but not sure if they are related to all of this or not. I am so sorry this has turned into a novel. Thank you if anyone reads all of this.

Hello~
I am sorry you having these issues. The drugs you are taking could be contributing to your symptoms, so many of the side effects you are mentioning.

Even though you don't feel anxious, some of this could be due to anxiety, it can always lurk in the background with numerous, unpleasant feelings.
