multiple symptoms

Approximately 1 year ago I developed constant dull pain in my left side along with frequent urination.
internist provide cipro( worked initialy) 1 month later frequent urination evident again. internist referred me to a urologist  could find no cause  and issues resolved without meds. (pain in side continued)
developed severe knee inflamation 1 month later susequent to running  on a treadmill for 3 consecutive days. After receiving anti inflams and cortisone, neede to rest my knee and eliminate running for 3 months. Side pain continued dr. ordered ct scan of my pelvis April 07 revealed rare inflamatory condition epilogical apendegitis. Ct scan revealed 2 nodules on my lungs, dr ordered follow up ct scan of the chest in May 07. Ct scan revealed 2 nodules and radiologist suggested the possibilty of sarcoidosis. referred to a pulmonologist  breathing tests normal however mentioned that
I have a minor case of sarcoidosis.  since april of 07 i have developed severe burning and tingling in my arms and legs, bicep muscle pain, calf muscle atrophy (more severe with my left calf ,and dark patch has appeared on my left calf) severe thinning of my arms and legs, inflamed small nodule roof of my mouth(oral surgeon thought to small to biopsy and not sarcoidosis.) received  mri of the neck and spine (all clear) referred to a neurologist who performed emg tsts (no problems) neurologist wishes to perform second set (more specific emg tests) my internist wants me to see a second neurologist for a muscle biopsy. All of my blood work is normal with the exception of slightly elevated musle enzymes. I also discovered that an old girl friend may also have sarcoidosis. All of the doctors explain that the symptoms that I am experiencing are not from sarcoidosis however no one can diagnose my problem. I really need dr. house. i am worried that i have an untreated std
that caused these issues. i have been tested for all stds and are all negative. my fear was that i contracted the std 30 years ago..(i am a  presently 52 years old male) Should I be seeing a endicronologist? are there any doctors that specialize in diagnosing rare diseases?I assume that there is no one with simiar ailments? Could sarcoidosis be the cause?

You may want to go online and check out the Marshall Protocol. Dr. Marshall had sarcoidosis and successfully treated his own disease using low-dose antibiotics and Benicar.
