Do I have POTS?

Hello all. My name is Maddie and I am 17 years old. I am a female living in Oregon. I have been expiriencing dizziness, grey outs (pre-syncope), loss of breath, rapid heart rate as well as loss of vision when I walk up stairs or get up from a sitting position. I have been expiriencing  these symptoms for about 3 years. I would like to ask a communtiy of those with POTS their personal opinions on my ordeal. I just want to know what's wrong with me and my parents have said everything is fine for years and I'm fed up with being told my symptoms are nothing. I should be able to walk up stairs without almost passing out. Any and all help would be so appreciated.

I was just diagnosed with POTS. My suspicion is confirmed. Thanks and good luck with your diagnosis!

I am still trying to figure out what is going on with myself. So that being said I had to find out on my own so long ago someone told me to look up poor mans tilt test you just check your vitals standing, sitting and laying down that way you get idea of what your body is doing. Good luck!

Update: Higher elevation + 90° weather has literally caused me to collapse today multiple times and over heat like crazy. Heart was going crazy when I got to hot and I almost passed out. Not the best vacation. Can anyone give advice or info?
