Higher HR Standing Still, Lowers Moving Around

So has anyone else had this. If I stand completely still. My hr gradually raises and will get to around 100-110s. And I will feel uncomfortable. This is standing completely still.

Now if i start to gently walk or move around, my hr will drop to around 70s or 80s and I feel comfortable again.

Ive had tilt test but wasnt diagnosed with anything except mildly excessive hr increase. But blood pressure did fine or stayed within normal range.

But i find it odd that if i walk it will actually lower my hr from standing still. Now with faster walking or exercise my hr will increase appropriately.

Can this be deconditioning of leg muscles or something more serious. Dr thinks its hydration but i drink plenty of fluids and electrolytes.

I just posted something about deconditioning as well. When you first stand it's normal for your heart rate to increase but will go back down once your body is adjusted (normal perosn). Are you giving it enough time to adjust? I'm sure you prbly are but just thought I would ask :)
