Did you have the surgery? Please let me know. I also have POTS symptoms (although I have not been officially diagnosed with it yet). It looks like I have hyperparathyroidism. I should have an offical diagnosis of that with a few weeks. I already have had simultaneously high calcium and PTH as well as high calcium levels for 8 months.
Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having all these problems re:health etc. I just wanted to let you know that a friend of mine has just had the parathyroid tumor removed and she is doing so well. All her blood tests after many years of being all out of wack are finally normal.
She has suffered for many years with lots of terrible symptoms and it was difficult for them to find the problem with the parathyroid but now after the op.she is a new woman. She never had POTs though and I am guessing you may have to be prepared for anesthetic problems as we with Dysautonomia do not do well with certain drugs or anesthetics. I am sure if
your doc knows ,they will work out something that will suit you.
All the best. I would only think that the op would benefit you and not make matters worse.
