Pots? Or just chronic nausea?

I am a 17 year old female. I was diagnosed with chronic nausea 4 years ago and have just recently came over the POTS syndrome. All of the symptoms match up to me and my resting heart rate is 58, after standing a minute, my heart rate went to 86 which is a >30 bmp. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this sounds like pots or not? Also, standing and walking is difficult for me as I run out of breath and my heart rate increases rapidly. The symptoms subside when laying down.

Are you hyper flexible as well? You could see a dr that understands pots/autonomic dysfunction for tilt table testing. Compression socks help, too.
