Shortness of Breath while trying to speak

I have mild autonomic dysregulation and have recently been extra fatigued and in giving a tour have not been able to continue talking on 2 occasions during the last 30 days.  I have mild gastic reflex (didn't even know it) and have been on Nexium for about 2 years.

The only other new symptoms is cold hands on most occasions.

Anybody experienced the inability to speak?  I do not cough, wheeze or have asthma.

Thanks

When you were unable to speak, was it due to shortness of breath, or was your breathing normal at the time?  Can you explain in a little more detail what exactly occurred when you were unable to speak?

Also, were there other symptoms at the time that this occurred?  Was your heart racing/having palpitations?  Did you feel lightheaded?  Anything else?

Besides Nexium, do you take any other medications?

I may be able to give a more educated response with a little more information.  Thanks!
