Neck pain worse after NUCCA?

I have been dealing with neck pain for over a year now. It was mostly in my trap area, somewhat tolerable but definitely hurt most of the time. I tried physical therapy, accupuncture, general chiropractic and then NUCCA. The only thing that helped at first was NUCCA. It dramatically alleviated my pain and improved my posture...at first. Then after 3-4 adjustments my pain got worse and moved towards my upper neck. The pain is very bad now and my neck is extremely stiff. I haven’t been able to move my head in about 3 months. Do you think he damaged my neck? Any solutions? I used to be in very good shape and now I’ve lost over 20 pounds because I can’t do anything without pain. I’m only 21. Any help would be great.

Ps. I would never let anyone manipulate with my neck because it is a very delicate
