I like that last answer.  It clarified my own answer even for me.  I did know that MS was autoimmune, though.  I also know that MS kills, but it's very individual.  Some with MS live a full lifespan with the illness.  I think more people live longer with MS than what was happening a lifetime ago, too.

simply Ms can kill you degenertive disc makes you hurt but you wont die from it..they both due effect your nerves but where your disc is donw is useaully what is effected with ms it is all over body,and effects organs as well

There is a difference, but I don't know all the details, but MS is autoimmune.  Both are neurological.  Your vision is more likely to be affected with MS.
