funny you say that i have high grade cervical cancer its just been frozen. of course i need to be seen soon but what i really need to know is about the back to front abdominal pain. i can barely stand. it takes my breath away. mainly feels like sum1s hand is in there SQUEEZING the **** outa me. ive dealt with this for so long idk how much longer i WILL deal
You're correct -- sciatica does not cause chest pain.
It can, however, cause pain down the leg, usually to the knee.
I'd seek medical help about this right-side chest pain, which could indicate cervical disease. Incidentally, the heart is on the left side of the body, and most angina (heart related pain) occurs in the left chest, shoulder, and arm.
As for the abdominal pain, I don't know. You'll need a physical exam, probably with diagnostic films of your neck and chest.
See your doc.
