You're correct -- sciatica does not cause chest pain.
It can, however, cause pain down the leg, usually to the knee.
I'd seek medical help about this right-side chest pain, which could indicate cervical disease. Incidentally, the heart is on the left side of the body, and most angina (heart related pain) occurs in the left chest, shoulder, and arm.
As for the abdominal pain, I don't know. You'll need a physical exam, probably with diagnostic films of your neck and chest.
See your doc.

Please read my reply in the Pain Management forum.
I said your arm pain may be a symptom of cervical disc disease.
I don't know what the abdominal pain means.
If you're worried about cancer, see your doctor.
