Hi there!

The report mentions disc bulges at lower spine, at levels L3/L4 and L4/L5; that is causing mild narrowing of the spinal canal and the spaces that carry the spinal nerves. Since the narrowing is mild, this might benefit from conservative management with rest, anti-inflammatory medications and physiotherapy. I would suggest consulting your treating doctor for a detailed management plan.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
