Mild Bilateral Facet Degeneration

Mild Bilateral facet degeneration L4-5 and L5-SI. No evidence of nerve impingement. I am 27 female and was in a car accident 3 years ago, have tried ablation, cortisone injections, chiro, osteo, physio, pain killers, medical marijuana, what options should i be bringing to my doctor?
