Help..Looking for answers

I have been to my family doctor twice and to no avail. I am hoping someone can help me. I just delivered a little boy via c section four months ago. Since then I have not been right. First I somehow hurt my neck/shoulder area from sleeping with the little guy next to me and basically sleeping with my arms above my head. Then I developed a pinching feeling that would move sometimes from my neck to the right side of my neck in the area just to the right by my shoulder. Now, when I bend my neck I get a strange warmth/tingling in my feet and/ or calves. Yesterday I decided I was going to do neck exercises to stretch my neck and low and behold my lower back is absolutely aching. When I walk I feel like my legs have some slight tingling all the way from my calves to my thighs. And when I get up in the morning my neck aches on the right side and my legs feel that tingling feeling. This is starting to depress me. Can anyone offer any clue as to what could possibly be causing this?

Sounds like inflammation of some sort... I would have it looked at for sure... before it starts to hurt worse... good luck

I agree with Kavin,
It does sound like a pinched nerve. See a doc and get an MRI.  I hope it subsides but by the symptoms better to be safe and see if they can figure it out.
take care,

It sounds like a nerve or something is being compressed in your neck when you move it a certain way, you should really see a Doctor.
